The home is ideal for families looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time outdoors. The house is bright, open and well-decorated. Outside, guests have access to a canoe, 3 stand-up paddleboards, water toys on our private 250ft sandy beach. Inside, we have a well-stocked kitchen, a large collection of books, board games, and lego/toys.
A separate bunkie (with power) on the property provides additional space in the summer, making it perfet for teenagers who want a bit of independance, or as a quiet retreat for reading, writing, or creative work.
Thoughtfully set up for both short visits and longer stays, the house is designed to feel comfortable, calm and easy to live in.

Joanna's review:This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Really well appointed with games, activities and everything you could need in the kitchen. We had 7 adults in our group and there was plenty of seating and room for us to relax and enjoy the space. Beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding and the lake was beautiful and tranquil. Robyn and Alan were wonderful hosts - they gave proactive instructions for everything and were very helpful and responsive when we messaged them. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing lake retreat in Nova Scotia!
